Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using JSON Toolkit. Last updated June 11, 2026.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using JSON Toolkit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. All processing occurs in your browser. You are responsible for the data you process and for complying with any laws applicable to that data.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. While we strive for correctness, we do not guarantee that every operation is error-free — always keep backups of important data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSON Toolkit and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The JSON Toolkit name, brand, and interface are the property of their respective owners. The data you process remains entirely yours.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
